• Online application period: 6 May – 6 June 2024
• Deadline for reporting remaining examinations and/or internships: 21 June 2024
• Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 21 June 2024
• Discussion period: 8 – 12 July 2024

FALL ANTICIPATED Graduation Session

• Online application period:: 5 August – 5 Septeber 2024
• Deadline for reporting remaining examinations and/or internships 25 July 2024  (ONLY the internship can be completed by 30/9/2024)
• Deadline for uploading theses in ESSE3: 30 Septeber 2024
• Discussion period: 21 – 25 October 2024

FALL Graduation Session

• Online application period:: 7 October – 7 November 2024
• Deadline for reporting remaining examinations and/or internships: 15 November 2024
• Deadline for uploading theses in ESSE3: 15 Noveber 2024
• Discussion period: 9 – 13 December 2024

EXTRAORDINARY Graduation Session Online

• Online application period:: 14 January - 14 February 2025
• Deadline for reporting remaining examinations and/or internships: 1 March 2025  (ONLY the internship can be completed by 07/03/2025)
• Deadline for uploading theses in ESSE3: 1 March 2025
• Discussion period: 17 – 28 March 2025

Submission of the application for graduation and thesis delivery is exclusively online.
