The course aims to give a framework of the dimensions of the role of responsibility in the context of social organizations

The principles that guide the direction of services:

Solidarity, equality and subsidiarity
-The responsibility of whoever directs
The areas of management of a service
-The context and culture of service
-The regulations
-Procedures, organizational processes and risk analysis

Teaching methods
the course is structured in two frontale lessons of three hours each. The first is mainly theoretical and aims to provide students with the coordinates to understand the fundamental elements of the management of services. The second is configured as a laboratory:
that students Will be provided with a group simulation about the analysis of an organization in its strengths and weaknesses in view of an improvement
Assessment methods and criteria
A written exam that will cover the entire program, the seminars and the contents of the bibliography aimed at verifying the knowledge and concepts learned. 60-minute exam consisting of 31 multiple choice questions, with three alternative answers. Each question is worth 1 point, the maximum score is 30 cum laude.
0 point will get a warded for a question if it’s not answered or if the given answer is correct
The student must answer all the questions.
The laude in the final written exam, will begiven if the student correctly answers to all of the 31 questions
For Erasmus students and students with special needs the duration of the test will be 1 hour and 20 minutes.
