The Second-cycle degree course in "Planning and Management of Social Work" aims at the training of a professional who, in addition to the ability to work with users who turn to social services, is able to exercise functions of planning, organization, management of social and health services, direct work groups, coordinate the services provided and the staff employed in these services.
The Second-cycle degree is aimed at developing knowledge and skills related to the organizational, economic, social and legislative framework within which intervention plans in the field of services are to be developed.
At the same time, the curriculum aims to provide knowledge and skills in the field of social service techniques to be adopted in situations of complexity, with particular regard to family policies, which appear fundamental in the dynamics of social change.
