Quality assurance

Ensuring Quality is an essential process that involves everyone working within the University, where each individual's progress benefits the entire institution and fosters healthy dialogue, which is necessary to make the University's social role effective and solid.

'QUALITY ASSURANCE' means:

•    Defining quality policies in alignment and synergy with the University's strategic directions, and establishing reliable and robust procedures through which the governing bodies can implement them;
•    Implementing activities to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all internal processes within the University, primarily in service of the quality of education and research;
•    Raising awareness among all University staff so that each person's tasks are carried out competently and promptly, services provided are effective, and records are kept of activities performed to monitor and measure results.
