Quality assurance

Ensuring Quality is an indispensable process involving all those working in the University where every progress of the individual brings benefits to the entire University and stimulates the healthy comparison to which it is necessary to strive to make effective and concrete the social role that the University plays.

'QUALITY ASSURANCE' means:
• to define quality policies in line with and in synergy with the University’s strategic guidelines, as well as reliable and robust procedures through which government bodies can implement them;
• to improve activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in all internal processes of the University, primarily at the service of training and research quality;
• to create awareness in all those who work at the University so that the tasks of each one are carried out competently and promptly, the services provided are effective, and it is possible to keep track of what has been done to monitor and measure results.

Student opinion survey questionnaire (OPIS)
The student opinion survey questionnaire (OPIS) is a tool for collecting students' opinions in order to improve the teaching, quality and organisation of courses and forms an integral part of the assessment system. This is an important opportunity to make the voice of the Students heard: Students actively participate in the life of their course of study, ensuring a better guarantee of quality. For this reason the University recommends its timely and accurate compilation.

Il Gruppo del Riesame
The Gruppo del Riesame assists the Coordinators in designing and managing the Doctoral Course. GR, composed by PhD’s teachers and students,  suggests improvements and verifies that the PhD Couse is effective, efficient, impactful for initial and periodic accreditation.

Gruppo di lavoro per l’internazionalizzazione della didattica 
The Gruppo di lavoro per l’internazionalizzazione della didattica pursues mobility and internationalization objectives also through the exchange of teachers and doctoral candidates with other Italian or foreign institutions, and the issuing of double, multiple or joint degrees in agreement with other universities.
