Learning objectives
Students will learn several aspects of mucosal and skin presentation of dermatological diseases: clinical manifestation, pathogenesis and basis of therapy.

Main oral and skin dermatological diseases

“Dermatology of cephalic district and oral mucosa”
-elementary dermatologic lesions of the skin and oral mucosa, skin immune system and pathogenesis of the main inflammatory and cancer skin diseases
- Infection disease of cephalic district: mycosis, impetigo, warts and contagious molluscum.
- Inflammatory-immunomediated diseases of cephalic district: psoriasis, vitiligo and atopic dermatitis
- Skin cancers of cephalic district: basal cell carcinoma, aktinic keratosis and spinal cell carcinoma, nevi and melanoma
- Autoimmune disease of the skin and mucosa: Pemphigus, pemphigoid, lichen planus, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Behçet syndrome, Reiter syndrome, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis.
