The aim of the Master’s training activities is to provide learners with the following knowledge and skills:
1. Principles of adult pedagogy, learner-centred training, classroom, laboratory, in-situation training, e-learning
2.European standards for the analysis of training needs, curriculum design, evaluation of training, including the impact of training; recommendations of the Multi-Professional PatientSafety WHO curriculum and recommendations of the European Union
3. Classroom learning and laboratory: frontal, interactive lecture, group work, role play, case discussion, consensus conference, workshop; skills laboratory, experiential laboratory, relations laboratory and ethical situations, research laboratory, reflective laboratory and critical thinking
4. Effective and innovative strategies for learning: located learning, reflective learning, case discussion in situation, internship, internship, bedside training, skills portfolio, use of storytelling and autobiography for learning
