Convalidation request for exams taken by students who have finished their ERASMUS/OVERWORLD period
Students who have returned from the Erasmus/internship period must present the validation request at the Student Registry Office in Via Volturno 39, delivering the form downloadable from this page and attaching to it a copy of the Learning Agreement (LA) and of the Transcript of records (or of the Before Mobility and of the After Mobility in the case of an internship period).
It should be noted that, in the case of changes to examination programmes with respect to previous years, the prior opinion of the coordinating professor/instructor of the course is required.
If ECTS credits are requested for the final examination, the opinion of the thesis supervisor must be attached for approval of the LA.
IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE STUDENTS
Upon completion of the Erasmus programme, students are required to submit a request for recognition of the activities carried out to the relevant Student Registry Office together with a copy of the LA and any amendments.
Requests must be submitted during the periods:
1-15 July (the internationalisation commission will deliberate by 30 July)
1-15 October (the internationalisation commission will deliberate by 30 October)
8-15 January (the internationalisation commission will deliberate by 30 January)
1-15 April (the internationalisation commission will deliberate by 30 April).
In order to carry out the conversion of grades, the internationalisation commission adopts the tables published by the respective universities as at November of the calendar year preceding the academic year (the tables published in November 2019 are valid for the recognition of grades reported in the academic year 2020-21).
Please note that currently, for administrative reasons, learning activities can only be completed at the University of Parma. It is therefore not possible to include completion training activities in subsequent learning agreements.
IMPORTANT: training activities cannot be recognised if they do not comply with the prerequisites required.
