Access requirements
Admission to the degree course in Political Science and International Relations requires a five-year secondary-school diploma or another recognised foreign qualification.
Admission procedures
The student's initial preparation is assessed by taking into account the results achieved during their upper secondary school studies. Anyone who has obtained a diploma with a score of at least 70/100 (or 42/60) is considered suitable, and thus sufficiently prepared to successfully attend the degree course.
Those with a lower score must take a test aimed at verifying their starting knowledge.
In the event that the test reveals deficiencies in the preparation required for admission to the degree course, and therefore the need for additional training obligations (OFAs) emerges, the student is directed, in order to fulfil these obligations, to supplementary activities and tutoring aimed at filling the gaps revealed by the test. These activities must be undertaken in the first year of the course.

Enrolment Period - Prospectus
Enrolment periods:
- Enrolment: from 12:00 on 17 July 2024 to 12:00 on 20 September 2024
- enrolment for years following the first year: from 5 September 2024 to 18 November 2024
- transitions and incoming transfers: until 18 October 2024
- outgoing transfers: until 31 December 2024
(Eligible non-EU students: 25 foreign students, of which 5 places are reserved for students of Chinese nationality participating in the "Marco Polo" project)

Recognition of previous studies
Students with previous careers and university studies already completed in Italy and abroad who enrol in the Degree Course in Law may apply for recognition of these activities.
