The Degree Course in Informatics is open access.
There is no compulsory attendance at the courses offered.
The procedure for enrolment is entirely online and must be preceded by registration with the university information system (ESSE3).

REGISTRATIONS
Registration opens on 16 July 2024 and closes on 20 September 2024.

ENROLLMENT FOR SUCCESSIVE YEARS
Enrolment for the years following the first year opens on 5 September 2024 and closes on 18 November 2024.

TRANSFERS AND PASSAGES
Applications for transfer from another location or transfer from other Degree Courses of the University can be submitted from 5 September 2024 to 31 December 2024.
Credits that may be awarded to students coming from other degree courses at the University or from other universities will be assessed on request, as well as studies completed abroad and the relevant credits acquired.
The application must be submitted to the student secretariat. Prior to the formal application, a request for an evaluation of your previous career may be sent to prof. Vincenzo Bonnici at the e-mail address andrea.munaro@unipr.it

TEST FOR VERIFICATION OF ENTRANCE PREPARATION
For the academic year. 2024/2025, the date and arrangements for the placement test will be announced as soon as possible on the dedicated page of the Degree Course in Informatics website.

Access requirements

Students wishing to enrol in the First-cycle degree course in Informatics must hold a secondary school diploma or another qualification obtained abroad, recognised as suitable according to current legislation.
The knowledge required to be able to profitably follow the course of study in the Informatics degree programme includes: good logical reasoning and verbal comprehension skills; a good knowledge of the fundamentals of mathematics; adequate language skills and general cultural knowledge.
In order to obtain an important indicator regarding the possession of this knowledge, a non-selective self-assessment test is planned, to be taken by students enrolled in the first year before the start of classes.
