Integrated course unit module: Biomedical Technologies & Imaging

Learning objectives

- To develop technical knowledge of the main diagnostic methods.
- To acquire basic radiological semiotics for traditional radiology, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound in major pathologies.
- To apply semiotics and the principles of appropriateness of imaging tools, nuclear medicine, and radiotherapy in clinical and surgical practice.
- To accurately read and understand a radiological report.
