Learning objectives

Knowledge and understanding. At the end of the course the student knows the technical characteristics of the exercises and training to improve strength and endurance sport performace.

Applying knowledge and understanding. At the end of the course the student knows and is able to work in teams to apply the main training methods for the different motor skills and to improve performance.

Making judgements. At the end of the course the student is able to choose the main training methods, according to age and gender.

Communication skills. The student must use technical terminology.

Learning skills. The student must be able to summarize a brief technical text.
