Research topics

“"The main objectives that the Doctoral course in Juridical Sciences aims to achieve, through the provision and development of the training project described above (interdisciplinary and/or methodological content courses offered in the three-year period; as well as sector or common teaching seminars) , I am:
a) the training of highly qualified researchers, capable of carrying out high-profile research activities in the fields of the scientific-disciplinary sectors of reference. The acquisition of the PhD title will facilitate access to various professional careers. Research doctorates, on the one hand, will be able to find employment in universities or national and international research institutions, continuing their activity in the field of "pure" legal research; on the other hand, by spending the skills acquired on a more pragmatic level, they will be able to find employment in the corporate sphere, in the public administration, not only at a central level, as well as in international organizations (operating, for example, in the sector of the protection of fundamental rights and judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters);
b) the deepening, moreover, of the knowledge necessary for access to traditional jobs in the legal field, in the profession (lawyer, notary), or in the public sector (judiciary, managerial careers)"
