When does it take place and what does the test involve
Two dates are normally scheduled for each academic year. The dates can be found on this page and are also published in the notices section of the Corso website.
For the a.a. 2024-2025 the test takes place on the following dates:
24 September 2024, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., classrooms K4;
22 January 2025, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., classroom E- date reserved for those students who enrolled after September 20, 2024
The test is generally divided into two parts and includes exercises relating to:
- grammatical analysis;
- logical analysis;
- period analysis;
- elementary notions of metrics and rhetoric;
- comprehension of literary and/or argumentative
- text; elaboration of a short written text.
The test consists of a series of closed or open-ended questions, sentence completion questions with the introduction of missing elements, a questionnaire relating to the comprehension of a short literary text, and questions involving a short discursive answer. A test example is shown in the attached file.
