Enrolment procedures and deadlines

The Second-cycle Degree Course in Computer Science is open access.

There is no compulsory attendance at the courses offered.

The procedure for enrolment is entirely online and must be preceded by registration with the university information system (ESSE3).

Summary of deadlines a.y. 2024/2025

REGISTRATIONS

Registration opens on 16 July 2024 and closes on 18 October 2024.

ENROLMENT FOR SUCCESSIVE YEARS

Enrolment for the years following the first year opens on 5 September 2024 and closes on 18 November 2024.
 

TRANSFERS AND TRANSITIONS

Applications for transfer from another location or transfer from other Degree Courses of the University can be submitted from 5 September 2024 to 31 December 2024
ECTS credits that may be awarded to students coming from other degree courses at the University or from other universities will be assessed on request, as well as studies completed abroad and the relevant credits acquired.

Students who have not yet graduated and who wish to enrol in the Second-cycle degree course in Computer Science must pre-enrol for the degree course by the above deadline of 18 October 2024 and, once they have obtained their degree, complete their enrolment by 31 March 2025.

Access requirements

A three-year degree in the L-31 class is required for admission. 

Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree containing at least 12 ECTS credits in MAT/FIS fields and at least 24 ECTS credits in INF/01 or ING-INF/05 fields is required.

A curricular assessment for all students by a degree course committee and an individual interview with enrolled students will be scheduled.
