Student registry office

The Student Registry Office manages, from an administrative point of view, the careers of students from enrolment to graduation.

It provides information on the bureaucratic formalities for:

  • pre-enrolment
  • enrolment
  • incoming or outgoing transfers
  • transfer from/to another UNIPR degree course
  • withdrawal from a course
  • suspension of studies
  • programme of study
  • fees and contributions
  • students' careers
  • graduation procedure
  • enrolment in individual courses

Student Registry Office for degree courses in Medicine and Surgery

The Registry offices and desks are located in:

Via Volturno, 39 - Integrated Bio-tech Complex (near Maggiore Hospital).

The Registry Office can be reached from the railway station by bus no. 11. For those arriving by car, take the Parma ovest exit and follow signs for Ospedale Maggiore.

From Thursday 5 May, the Student Registry Offices of the University of Parma will receive students by appointment via teams and in person.
