Increase the organizational and managerial skills of the participants through the presentation of models, methods and tools for organizational change and improvement

Course unit content
The 6 meetings lasting 4 hours each take place with teaching that makes use of a teaching supported by slides and a continuous solicitation to compare their experiences and evaluations with the participants. Synchronous distance training or classroom attendance is provided. Some meetings also include the administration of cases and exercises to increase the involvement of the participants and keep the attention and learning curve high.
